Gentle slope

We focus on the insertion of the different functions of the program based on the characteristics of the site in order to:
• exploit to the maximum the topography and the surface of the site,
• protect the users from the multiple visual and psychological nuisances of the nearby hospital and motorway.

Indeed, our project wanted to exploit as best as possible the topography of the site in order to divide the day and night functions according to the program. Thus the activity platform was backed, or rather slipped under the large slopes located in the eastern limit of the plot.
The four units were sited on the rest of the plot, slightly excavated, in order to place the "houses" into clearings.
It creates intimacy for every home, while generating generous and open spaces on a near horizon.
