Annuel Optimiste d'architecture & In process

The French Touch collective brings together sixteen architectural agencies and wants to position itself as an international platform to promote an open and inventive French architectural creation.
It is in this sense that French Touch created the Annuel Optimiste d'architecture in 2007. Each year, the selection of the projects reflects an ambitious production that questions the programs, contexts and expressions of sustainable development through demanding and inventive contemporary architectures.
Wishing to highlight the fabrication of the projects, we wanted to create a new fundamental collection that leads from "the thought to the visible".
In Process has the ambition to gather in an annual edition a selection of about thirty buildings, "ready to be built", which the conceptual approach and details show a particular manufacturing method or an original process.
